位置有点偏，楼上风景可以。

新酒店，房间干净设施不错，尤其是床品很舒服。在各岗位没有遇到可以讲中文的服务人员，餐厅结账员业务还不太熟练（特别是使用付款宝收款），晚餐在餐厅就餐，没见有服务人员在厅里巡视各桌客人需求（也没几桌客人）。酒店离北海火车站很近（开车几分钟，走路半小时），离北海壁画街（不长一段）也不远，但周边没有什么商业配套，也没有吃饭地方，感觉北海还有待发展，可能我没找对地方。

We love everything about this hotel. Very new hotel, spotlessly clean. Great service, great reception staff, helpful room service staff. I just love the cute steam iron!

The hotel is cleaned and the bed is comfortable. ?It has amazing sea view and very nice pool. ?A great place for vacation and relax. But the hotel itself is located a bit far from the center of the city.

just open few months ,the staff have to more training ,the BKF is most worse area ,the food and service all need improve ,I stay four nights the bkf doest change any item ,the FB is big issue

到了之后没有人打扫房间导致所有住店旅客无法正常Check in，我们下午5点多到的，硬生生等到晚上十点多才拿到房卡搞卫生也极其的敷衍，该添置的东西也不及时，可以说就简单铺了个床结束… 所谓的海景房就是窗户外很远的地方能看到海，某种意义上也算海景房吧，人家也没错。只是提醒大家期待值不用太高！而且距离市中心太远，之前看酒店是新的才定过来，发现大错特错！还得是住市中心方便

总体还可以，卫生方面细节做的不够，与酒店品牌的期望值有差距。周边配套设施比较少，当然只是作为住宿还是可以推荐的

新酒店硬件非常不错，无边际泳池很舒服，如果有penang sentral的接驳车就更好了，去乔治城要到sentral转渡轮。
